2024 Board of Directors
The HBIDRF board of directors is comprised of leaders within the home building industry who are dedicated to helping communities rebuild after natural disasters and getting people back into their homes.
President
David F. Wilson
David F. Wilson, a custom home builder and commercial developer from Idaho, led NAHB’s relief effort to raise more than $2 million for the victims of Hurricane Katrina through the HBIRDF. Wilson served as NAHB president in 2005.
Rick Judson
Rick Judson, a Charlotte, N.C.-based home builder and developer, is the owner of Evergreen Development Group. He has several decades of experience in land development and construction of single-family, multifamily and commercial projects. Judson served as NAHB chairman in 2013.
Bobby Rayburn
Bobby Rayburn, a Jackson, Miss.-based home builder, has built more than 3,300 affordably priced homes through public/private partnerships. During his term as NAHB president in 2004, Rayburn focused on drawing attention to the affordability gap and plight of moderate-income workers.
Treasurer
Joe Robson
Joe Robson is the founder and president of The Robson Companies, Inc., in Tulsa, Okla. He has served on the board of directors of the Oklahoma State Home Builders Association since 1990 and was the association’s president in 1993. Robson served as NAHB Chairman of the Board in 2009.
Secretary
James W. Tobin III, CAE
Jim Tobin is NAHB’s president and CEO, leading the association’s mission to ensure housing is a national priority and that all Americans have access to safe, decent and affordable housing. With over 25 years of lobbying and association experience, he previously served as NAHB’s EVP, government affairs and chief lobbyist.
