Podcast: 3 Key Housing Issues Will Be Front and Center at IBS

On the latest episode of NAHB’s podcast, Housing Developments, CEO Jim Tobin and COO Paul Lopez explore three key housing issues — immigration reform, home insurance and tariffs — that will be front and center leading up to and during the 2025 International Builders’ Show (IBS) in Las Vegas, Feb. 25-27.
“This is a really important time in the housing industry to kind of chart the course for the next six months to a year because there is so much opportunity ahead of us,” Tobin stated.
“That’s why being in Vegas is so important for us at the national association to help you plot your course for your business, your customers and the market over the next, like I said, six months to a year,” he added. “That’s what we’re excited to do — impart our knowledge coming up.”
